Original Abstract

Následující článek nese název „Specifika generací Y, Z na trhu práce“ a zahrnuje literární rešerši z českých a zahraničních zdrojů. V rámci článku jsou charakterizována specifika a zásadní rozdíly generací Y a Z a jejich chování na trhu práce. V úvodu článku jsou vymezeny generace, které jsou nyní aktivní na trhu práce a stručně představeny. V další části jsou blíže specifikovány generace Y, Z a současně jsou charakterizovány zásadní generační rozdíly. Součástí tohoto článku je i vlastní dotazníkové šetření autorky, které proběhlo v roce 2022 a vyhodnocuje zásadní rozdíly mezi generacemi Y, Z.

English abstract

The following article is entitled "Specifics of generations Y, Z on the labor market" and includes literary research from Czech and foreign sources. Within the article, the specifics are characterized and fundamental differences between generations Y and Z and their behavior on the labor market. They are defined in the introduction of the article generations that are now active in the labor market and briefly introduced. They are closer in the next section generations Y, Z are specified and fundamental generational differences are characterized at the same time. This article also includes the author's own questionnaire survey, which took place in 2022 and evaluates the fundamental differences between generations Y, Z.
