Příspěvek zaměřen na zkoumání závislost geolokačních dat a cenových údajů na prostorových charakteristikách území v jednotlivých urbanistických strukturách. Datová sada prostorových charakteristik území byla získána z OpenStreetMap jako zdroje informací pro popis a rozbor území urbanistické struktury. Každá urbanistická struktura (typologie) ve městě má své vlastnosti dané charakterem veřejných prostranství, měřítkem staveb, vzájemnými vazbami a atmosférou. Pro potřeby srovnání sledovaných vybraných statistických dat jsem urbanistickou strukturu města Brna rozdělil do několika základních typů: kompaktní struktura, bloková struktura, smíšená struktura, novodobé obytné soubory, solitérní vily a rodinné domy. Pro vyhodnocení byla použita metoda Multiple-sample comparison, konkrétně analýza rozptylu (ANOVA). Analýza interakce mezi obyvateli a městským prostorem může pomoci ke správnému usměrnění tvorby životního prostředí a souvisejícího veřejného prostoru. Přínos spočívá v ukázce inovativního přístupu ke sběru a využití informací pomocí otevřených prostorových dat prostřednictvím datových platforem.

The paper focuses on the investigation of the dependence of geolocation data and price data on the spatial characteristics of the territory in different urban structures. The dataset of spatial characteristics of the territory was obtained from OpenStreetMap as a source of information for the description and analysis of the territory of the urban structure. Each urban structure (typology) in the city has its own characteristics determined by the nature of public spaces, scale of buildings, interrelationships and atmosphere. For the purpose of comparison of the selected statistical data under study, I have divided the urban structure of Brno into several basic types: compact structure, block structure, mixed structure, modern residential complexes, solitary villas and family houses. Multiple-sample comparison method, namely analysis of variance (ANOVA), was used for the evaluation. The analysis of the interaction between residents and urban space can help to guide the proper design of the environment and the related public space. The contribution lies in the demonstration of an innovative approach to collect and use information using open spatial data through data platforms.
