Original Abstract

The purpose of this V1 OSED document is to define SA+ capability concept, describe intended operational environment with its characteristics, and describe the SA+ operating method. This OSED is based on initial OSED prepared to be used as a prerequisite for V1 validations which was refined based on validation results. In addition to updated content of Initial OSED, this version contains also the description of typical Use Case and Benefit Impact Mechanism (BIM) diagram.
