Original Abstract

To find a qualified care focused on musician profession is quite swamp. Number of specialists in this area in the field of rehabilitation is quite small. The same case is with scholar literature written in Czech language that is insufficient in comparison to foreign literature. Profession of a musician brings wide scale motion apparatus disorders. These difficulties launched many works and researches describing the occurrence of pathological changes in context of musical instrument which they play. Group and methods: Changes in our proband V. 2. (age: 19 years, height: 180 cm, weight: 63 kg, dominant upper limb: right were observed in this case report Results: According to final examination, clinical manifestations were being decreased during the therapy process and at present they are present only in limited amount. They are mostly notable in substantial physical load or after playing violin for longer than 5 hours. Changes in postural support of trunk and pelvis were notable in visual examination comparison of entrance and following examination despite the fact that proband tried to maintain the most quality posture. Position of head and left arm (practically without elevation) were fixed. No serious pathology was observed in examination of DSS. Our proband was able to make and maintain intra-abdominal pressure without big problems. In arm extension test was not observed the characteristic image of open scissors, however, insufficient stabilisation of thoracic- lumbar transition was displayed. Scalupa adduction test showed persisting timing disorder, but quality of centration and stabilisation of scapulas were improved. Another test was stand on two scales. Left lower limb was weighted only less than 4 kg more than right lower limb and during violin play the increase of load was observed from 6 to 11 kg. Conclusions'. Quality kinesiotherapeutic care in early musician s age could lead to more quality adjustment of individual motion components. Work of motion apparatus in physiologic adjustment leads to economization of movement what could result in lower risk of problem escalation in motion apparatus of musician. That could lead to prolongation of professional career of musician and the music production quality could be improved.
