Original Abstract
Economic growth has been criticised for its negative environmental and social impacts. This is primarily attributed to the reliance on extensive consumption of natural resources resulting in significantair, land, and water pollution. Nevertheless, the escalating environmental degradation, accompanied by the mount-ing economic burdens of social issues, has spurred public consciousness regarding deteriorating living conditionsand the decel-eration of growth as a consequence of environmental degradation.
