Original Abstract

The electric-pump-fed system of the rocket engine represents an important innovation in the field of rocket propulsion. While the general concept itself is already several decades old, the technology was not still adopted in the commercial applications on a large scale. The exception being the Rutherford engine developed by RocketLab. Nonetheless, rapid development of the technologies critical for the electric pump-fed systems sets the bright future of this concept.
