Abstract

The Czech database for SpeeCon (Speech Driven Interfaces for consumer devices) project http://www.speechdat.org/speecon/index.html contains data from 590 adult and 50 child Czech speakeres. The speech acquisition was done by a 4-channel recording setup in a variety of environments. The DB contains orthographic transcriptions in SAM format. It has been independently validated by SPEX. We have cooperated with German company Castel and with FEL CTU Prague on the creation of this resource.
