Original Abstract

The aim of this paper is to present the issue of special bitumen - PmB RC. The theoretical part describes the approach to the use of binders in these mixtures in Germany, Austria and the Czech Republic. In the practical part of this paper, data on three test sections, built in 2015 and 2019 in the Czech Republic, on which asphalt mixtures of the asphalt concrete type for the wearing and the binder course with RAP, bound with the binder type PmB RC, were used, are presented. The paper describes the properties of the materials used and the evolution of the behaviour of these asphalt layers over time of use.
