Original Abstract

The production technology of autoclaved aerated concrete is still relatively dependent on the use of primary raw materials with minimal substitution by secondary raw materials. In the Czech Republic, the secondary raw materials used are mainly fly ash and energy gypsum. The use of primary and waste fibres has not been explored much, mainly because of concerns about maintaining the reliability of cutting into the necessary shapes before final curing in the autoclave. However, the use of fibres can increase the performance of autoclaved aerated concrete while reducing the amount of primary filler.
