Original Abstract
In various sphere of industry like in medicine, in agriculture, in food-processing industry or in living environment is needed to recognize matters of analyte. Analyte is the matter we determine. To determining a matter in scaned solution we use sensors. A sensors made by thick film technology are the substrate for production of biosensors. Biosensor is analytical instrument containing sensitive element biological origin, which is part of it or in tight contact with physical-chemical convertor. It provides running electronical signal, which is commensurable to concentration one or some (group) of chemical matters in a sample. Acquired signal for next processing reach very small value of current or voltage. Measured current from microelectrodes reach values from pA to mA. Whole system is optimized for measuring these small values of magnitudes. For measuring is used method of cyclic voltammetry, where is analyzed current response on triangle input voltage. Current response is logarithmic so there is a need for changing a range of measuring equipment - potentiostat. This work directs attention to design of the potentiostat with width current range. The general goal is to optimize potentiostat for measuring with microelectrodes. Realized functional sample is able to communicate through microcontroller with computer using USB.
