Original Abstract
The main aim of this article is to show how we can use DEVS (Discrete EVent system Specification) formalism as a basic tool for building complex traffic models. Models based on the DEVS formalism can be simulated parallel by P-DEVS simulator. P-DEVS is parallel version on of the basic DEVS formalism.
