Proficiency as Part of Sustainable Development

The issue of the sustainable development is seen as a vision of desirable development of the human society that covers matters of the economical development, environment and sociál issues. Traditional approaches of the evaluation of the sustainable development come up from generally accepted defmitions that are from the point of work experience hard to handle with and do not reflect the meaning of entrepreneurship for sustainable development in particular. The sustainable development is promoted through Corporate Sociál Responsibility - GSR at organization level oř with the help of others voluntary tools. There are efforts to qualify and measure sustainable development through the indexes of sustainable development. This approach does not háve to express the very basic principle of the sustainable development at business level. The idea of the sustainable development at business level is shaped through the existence of businesses, managing processes and at interpersonal human relations in companies. It is clear that if oné of the goals of the business is frugal approach to the environment and improving of the economical efficiency, management musí háve information about environmental aspects, impacts of business activities, products and services. One of the most important economical targets is competitive advantage of economy based on the ability to provide its inhabitants with high standards of living and high level of employment. The dynamism of the industry is crucial for prosperity and fulfilling sociál, environmental and international ambitions.
