Original Abstract

The purpose of this article is to introduce and describe on practical examples simple method of quick evaluation of structural modification of pv converters, mainly their influence on working temperature of such converter. At the introduction of the article is theoretical description of thermal calculation of pv generator which uses analogy from electrotechnics. This rather analytic method was chosen compared to methods of numerical modelling mainly because it provides to solver better view of physical side of problem. Finally this calculation is compared with real measured results of co-generative pv. converter prototype.
