Original Abstract
The article belongs to a series of articles by the present authors (3-5) focused on possinilities of virtual simulation of RFC. In particular, the motivation is to identify model material laws for a nonlinear finite element (FEM) code based on available test data and to use the model for prediction of material behaviour in various contexts. The software at hand is ATENA program and the data are represented by a test series previously obtained by the authors. The present paper is focused on the effect of nonzero stiffness of the sliding support of simply supported beam (a three-point bent beam made of concrete). In the reminder of the paper, a strong effect of default convergence criteria in ATENA software is documented in the context presented simulations.
