Original Abstract
Se stále vzrůstajícími požadavky v oblasti průmyslu, elektroniky, medicíny atd. na design, kvalitu, přesnost, rychlost a cenu roste význam pojmu reverzní inženýrství (RE). Využitím některé z technologií reverzního inženýrství lze podstatně rychleji a jednodušeji dospět ke zdárnému řešení vzniklých problémů.
English abstract
During reverse engineering, a point cloud typically acquired using scanning techniques is used as a basis for constructing 3D CAD surface data from a physical model. This enables a considerable speed-up of the design and construction process as well as an early quality control of the physical model through comparison of physical object data with CAD surface data. Using the digitizing system ATOS (Advanced Topometric Senzor), object can be measured quickly and with high local resolution. Each single measurement generates up to 1.3 million data points (ATOS II). The individual measurement images are merged via reference points (circular markers) and the measured data is made available as point clouds, sections and STL data. The ATOS systems mainly consists of the sensor comprising two cameras, projector and stand, the control unit for the sensor head and a high-performance PC.
