Original Abstract

The paper deals with systematic comparison of light-weight pumpable ready mixed concrete using light-weight aggregate Liapor, which is produced in the Czech republic. Since this aggregate is produced in a wide variety of fractions with different bulk weights, this project aimed at examining the effect of different fractions on workability of fresh concrete and properties of hardened concrete, in particular compressive strength, volume weight, water-tightness, resistance of surface to water and chemical anti freeze agents.
