In the article I especially focused on the right characteristic of Director of Marketing who should be recognized as a professional by public. I aim here at the fact that the demands of customers are different from demands of employers, owners, leaders or colleagues. Then I set up ''an ideal professional Director of Marketing'' from these demands. This professional should impeccably satisfy needs of customers.
