Original Abstract

The method of electrical impedance spectrometry has been used for the measurements of the determined physical properties of soil appearing by the solution of groundwater flow (water level, saturation, humidity and moisture), water level movement of free surface flow in rivers and basins. For this purpose the method of electrical impedance spectrometry was applied and the Z-meter 2 device was designed, applied and verified. The results of laboratory experiments using Z-meter 2 are in satisfactory agreement with visual measurement. Due to this laboratory results was this method applied in situ. Some of these works are shortly described in this paper. The monitoring in situ is of great important for calibration and verification of mathematical and numerical modeling.
