Original Abstract
The sensitivity of PCR, however, may be reduced when complex biological samples are studied since various extracellular PCR inhibitors may be present. Rapid and sophisticated isolation strategies are based on the utilisation of solid phase systems selectively or non-selectively adsorbing genomic DNA. Therefore, we now aimed our attention at the investigation of magnetically driven isolation of PCR-ready DNA using silica-coated La0.75Sr0.25MnO3 nanoparticles.
