Original Abstract

V dnešní době se řada výrobců přiklání k používání tzv. alternativních zdrojů, jako např. rychle obnovitelné zdroje přírodních surovin (sláma, rákos, technické konopí). Příspěvek je zaměřen na použití technického konopí pro výrobu nenosných výplňových hmot, které splňují tepelně technické požadavky, proto mohou být použity i jako tepelně izolační výplňové hmoty. Tyto výplňové hmoty jsou tvořeny z pojiva, především vápenného hydrátu a plniva tvořeného pazdeřím technického konopí. V rámci výzkumu byly vytvořeny různé skladby pojivové složky a odlišné předúpravy konopí, na základě toho byly sestaveny receptury výsledných výplňových hmot, které byly posléze podrobeny mechanickým a tepelně technickým zkouškám.

English abstract

Nowadays, many producers follow the tendency to use alternative sources of materials like rapidly renewable sources (straw, reed, and technical hemp). This article is focused on utilization of technical hemp for production of non-constructional filling materials which meet thermal-technical parameters and that is why they can be used also as thermal isolative filling materials. The materials are being composed of shaves of technical hemp bind by calcium hydrate. In the project different treatments of hemp, different compositions of binder and binder to filling material have been tested. Based on these results mixture formula for final materials have been established. Samples of these materials have been tested for mechanical and thermal properties. Non-constructional filling material from technical hemp offers broad-spectrum of utilization in newly build structures as well as within reconstructions of historical objects.
