Original Abstract

Pokud znalec zvládne sám nebo s pomocí specializovaných pracovišť nebo specialistů v daných oborech uspokojivě zodpovědět všechny otázky objednatele a splnit tak požadavky kladené na něho jako na znalce v oboru stavebnictví a ekonomika, například při posuzování stavebně-technického stavu, vad a poruch staveb či posuzování nejrůznějších ekonomických problémů spojených se stavebně-technickým stavem staveb lze hovořit o komplexním přístupu v činnosti znalce.

English abstract

If an expert can do alone or with specialized institutes or specialists in their field satisfactorily answer all the questions and meet the client of requirements placed on him as an expert in construction and economy, for example, when assessing the construction and technical condition, defects and failures of buildings and examining various economic problems associated with construction-technical state of buildings can talk about a comprehensive approach to business experts.
