V článku jsou porovnány různé metody výpočtu opotřebení a zkoumán je zejména vliv výměny PKŽ a způsob provádění údržby na celkový technický stav stavby. Pro výpočet byly použity: Analytická metoda výpočtu - U této metody se celkové opotřebení stavby zjišťuje jako vážený průměr opotřebení jednotlivých prvků stavby. Analytická metoda je porovnávána s výpočty opotřebení pro stavbu jako celek s metodami: Lineární metoda opotřebení, semikvadratická metoda opotřebení, kvadratická metoda opotřebení, kubická metoda (prodloužení životnosti)

The article compared the different methods of calculating the wear and studied is especially the replacement effect of short life components and method of performing maintenance on the overall state of the building. For the calculation were used: Analytical method of calculation - For this method is the overall wear of the building calculated as a weighted average of the wear of individual elements of the building. Analytical method is compared with calculations for the construction of wear as a whole with methods: linear wear method, s-sguare wear method, wear-square method, cubic method (extend life)
