Original Abstract

The paper presents an improved version of previously proposed new type of flickermeter which utilizes a signal processing approach to high-frequency interharmonic voltage - flicker detection based on Voltage Peak Detection (VPD). Realization and verification of the new flickermeter type using National Instrument PXI system and Matlab Simulink is discussed. Moreover some other characteristics of the VPD flickermeter in terms of measurements are shown.
