Original Abstract

As information systems and technologies develop, so does their application in economics and management. An inseparable part of it is the decision-making process which uses Soft Computing methods. The methods include genetic algorithms which represent an optimizing tool or unconventional retrieval. This article deals with the application of genetic algorithms in various economic processes, ranging from optimizing tasks, prediction to speculations.
