Original Abstract

V dnešní době se nachází spousta zanedbaných a stářím zchátralých teras. Tyto konstrukce bývají v havarijním stavu, kazí estetický vzhled budov. Poruchy teras časem ovlivní další konstrukce nacházející se v objektu. Vznikají statické trhliny, poklesem povrchové teploty vznikají plísně atd.

English abstract

This paper deals with possibilities how it should be approached to design a new terrace structure and its single layers. It describes individual aspects of terrace analyses, failure causes and following design of new terrace structure.
