V článku je odvozen nejobecnější tvar bodové transformace pro lineární funkcionálně-diferenciální rovnice n-tého řádu (n>=1) smíšeného nebo neutrálního typu.

In the paper there is derived the most general form of pointwise transformation for linear functional-differential equations of the n-th (n>=1) order of mixed or neutral type, respectively.
