Original Abstract

Článek je úvodním dílem cyklu, věnovaného novému způsobu zjišťování a vyjadřování nejistot měření a jeho uplatnění v praxi technických měření. Uvádí základní pojmy a definice. V kontextu dosavadní koncepce chyb uvádí důvody zavedení nové koncepce nejistot. Těžištěm příspěvku jsou výklad způsobů vyjadřování nejistot a úvod do metodiky vyhodnocování nejistot naměřených údajů.

English abstract

The paper is introduction part of cycle about new methods investigating and expressing uncertainties in measurement and using uncertainties in praxis of technical measurement. The paper presents basic terms and definitions. New conception of uncertainties is presented in context primary conception of errors. The interpretation of new methods expression uncertainties and introduction to evaluating of uncertainties are center of papers.
