V článku je popsán výpočet rozložení tlaku na sací a tlačné straně oběžné lopatky Kaplanovy turbíny a nalezení minima tlaku na sací straně. Toto tlakové minimum je srovnáno s tlakem, kde se začíná objevovat kavitace. Stanovení odhadu kavitační odolnosti oběžného kola Kaplanovy turbíny je důležité pro rozhodnutí o velikosti oběžného kola,počtu lopatek oběžného kola, velikosti náboje atd.
English abstract
The computation of the pressure distribution on the suction and pressure sides of the Kaplan turbine runner results in finding the minimum of the pressure on suction side of the blade.This is compared with the pressure at which the cavitation begins. The prediction of cavitation is important for decisions on runner size, number of blades etc. The computation of the pressure is based on singularity method for solving the flow in the cascade of the runner.It is possible to find the number of blades for safe turbine work at given position. In the article are derived some relations for computing the real pressure on the blade.Bernoulli equation is used.The estimation of losses of pressure in the distributor is based on experimental research.
