Original Abstract

Článek pojednává o kompresi videosignálů pomocí transformace 3D-DCT (Trojrozměrná diskrétní kosinová transformace). V textu je uvedeno blokové schéma kodéru a dekodéru využívající tuto transformaci, stejně jako popis čtyř rozdílných video sekvencí, použitých pro posouzení kompresních vlastností této transformace.

English abstract

The contribution deals with the 3D-DCT (Three-Dimensional Discrete Cosine Transform) video signals compression. The encoder and decoder block diagram are introduced. The different video sequences used for coding visual information in a digital compressed format are presented in this paper too.
