Original Abstract

The dynamics effects of wind forces have to be observed with constructions susceptible to vibration. Bridges are among these, therefore, this study will deal with this subjects. The ultimate goal in bridge engineering is to create bridge designs which reflect an optimization of construction costs, maintenance costs, structural safety, durability, serviceability for the users and low impact on third parties, e. g. the environment.
