Paper is focused on facts about system of education at Brno Technical University, faculty of civil engineering in one specific subject which is Real Estate Cadastre. Philosophy of tuition of Real Estate Cadastre is touched in this paper and then in details are specified single subjects which are closely related to registry of legal relations to Real estate.
