Original Abstract

Acute toxicity of 6 isomeric TNT, 6 DNT, 3 TNB and 47 products of their reduction on the bioluminescence bacterium Vibrio fischeri NRRL B-11177 has been tested. The effective concentrations EC50 obtained were treated by QSAR method.
