Original Abstract

In the paper novel techniques for sensitivity evaluation in linear hybrid systems that contain elements with both lumped and distributed parameters are proposed. As distributed parts the multiconductor transmission lines (MTL), both uniform and nonuniform ones, are considered. The approach in view utilizes the modified nodal analysis (MNA) method to perform universal description of the system when enabling determining sensitivities with respect to both lumped and distributed parameters. Firstly, the frequency-domain sensitivities formulae are derived, secondly the numerical inversion of Laplace transforms (NILT) is applied to get the time-domain sensitivities. The paper brings the novel approach to the evaluation of sensitivities with respect to the distributed parameters of (non)uniform MTLs.
