Original Abstract

Modern analog devices such as current and voltage conveyors are essential parts of broadband active-RC filters. Designers should be equipped with detailed non-linear frequency-dependent models to be able to simulate circuit performances in a pre-production stage. The paper gives a report how the models of conveyors can be composed. The Analog Behavioral Modeling (ABM) techniques are utilized.
