Original Abstract

Thermal stability of 25 polynitro arenes has been examined by means of non-isothermal differential tharmal analysis (DTA). Electronic charges at nitrogen atoms were calculated by means of DFT B3LYP/6-31G** method. The relationship was confirmed between the onset TD and squares of charges of the primarily split off nitro groups.
