Original Abstract

V tomto článku je stručně popsán algoritmus lifting pro výpočet vlnkové transformace. Tento algoritmus byl podrobněji analyzován a byly nalezeny podmínky, které musí být splněny, aby tento algoritmus mohl být adaptován. To znamená, že během výpočtu vlnkové transformace se vlastní vlnková funkce průběžně mění. S touto adaptivní verzí liftingu byl navržen kompresní a dekompresní algoritmus. Adaptace vlnkové funkce je založena na adaptivním algoritmu LMS.

English abstract

In this paper lifting algorithm is shorty described for wavelet transform computing. This algorithm was analysed in detail and the contidions for adapting this algorithm were found. It means that in computing progres of wavelet transform the wavelet function is changing. The compression and decompression algorithm was designed by using this adaptive lifting. The adapting is based on LMS adaptive algorithm.
