Original Abstract
This paper describes measurement of ultrasound contrast agent properties. Namely, the properties of the SonoVue contrast agent were investigated. Several experiments were conducted in order to evaluate the time stability of SonoVue and the relationship between its concentration and the backscattered intensity. Finally, the relationship between the emitted intensity and the backscattered intensity signal was measured for fixed SonoVue concentrations. The backscattered echoes were separated into the first and second harmonic signal and each of these components was processed separately.
