Original Abstract
Rapid isolation is based on modified paramagnetic microparticles by streptavidin. The modification enable to bond Hepatitis B viruses on nanoparticle. Due to magnetic separation from plasma, the viruses are put to buffer and after denaturation the virus were detected using electrochemical method, where peak specific for Hepatitis B is presented on A-V characteristic.
