Original Abstract

Příspěvek pojednává o konkrétním příkladu z praxe a způsobu jakým lze při posuzování vad a poruch staveb postupovat. Pokud znalec zvládne sám nebo s pomocí specializovaných pracovišť nebo specialistů v daných oborech uspokojivě zodpovědět všechny otázky objednatele a splnit tak požadavky kladené na něho jako na znalce v oboru stavebnictví a ekonomika, například při posuzování stavebně-technického stavu, vad a poruch staveb či posuzování nejrůznějších ekonomických problémů spojených se stavebně-technickým stavem staveb, lze hovořit o komplexním přístupu v činnosti znalce.

English abstract

This article deals with a particular case from practice and the procedure that can be adopted in the assessment of defects and failures of structures. If an expert himself or with the assistance of specialized bodies or persons in the given profession is able to give satisfactory answer to all customer's questions and thus fulfill the requirements placed on him as an expert in the field of civil engineering and economics, e.g. in the assessment of constructional and technical conditions, defects and failures of structures, or in the assessment of various economic problems connected with constructional and technical conditions of structures, we can talk about complex approach to the expert's activity.
