Original Abstract

Příspěvek uvádí současné trendy ve stavitelství, jejichž aplikace má mít příznivé důsledky ekonomické, ekologické i další. Zdůrazňuje se životnost, ekonomická vyváženost a ekologic-ká šetrnost stavebního díla. Zmiňují se postupy performance-based, i důsledky rozporných cílů developerů a cílových uživatelů. Je naznačena role systémů hodnocení komplexní kvality staveb.

English abstract

The paper lists and describes current trends in building whose applications implicate positive economical, ecological and other consequences. Well balanced design service life, economy and environmental considerateness of building products are mentioned. Considering the per-formance-based approaches some impacts of contradictory aims of developers and final users is explained. The role of complex quality systems for assessment of buildings is stressed
