Original Abstract

V příspěvku se pojednává o životnosti a spolehlivosti stavebních konstrukcí a jejich vzájemné vazbě i s ekonomickými důsledky. Zdůrazňuje se ekonomický dopad pro klienta a účelnost jeho spoluúčasti při rozhodování o těchto vlastnostech již při projektové činnosti. Uvádí se definice životnosti, jednotlivé fáze životního cyklu a definice spolehlivosti.

English abstract

The paper deals with service life and reliability of building structures mutual effects with the economical implications as well as with the usefulness of client's collaboration in this respect during the design period. The durability is defined, the different periods in the whole life of structure are mentioned; also the reliability measures are explained.
