Original Abstract

The article describes the results of laboratory experiments. Thin layers of tin dioxide were prepared by spraying of solution containing tin dichloride and hydrogen peroxide on glass substrates heated to 400 or even 450 C. The action of peroxide is explained as formation of peroxostannic compounds. The layers are crystallic, reasonably transparent and exhibit conductivity of N type as detected by voltammetric measurements of system ferrocene - ferrocenium in propylene carbonate.
