Original Abstract
Experimental studies of acoustic emission and current partial discharges pulses in M-I-M capacitor under applied constant and a ramp voltage have been performed. Partial discharges are created in gas bubbles mainly in the interface between insulator - metal electrode and are characterized by time between two successive pulses and pulse amplitude. The partial discharges (PD) are sources of acoustic emission. The PD creates noise signal that depends on applied voltage.
