New Methodology is introduced for Logistic-Environmental Management the Theory of Processes- ToPÓ. With aid of the ToPÓ – apparatus is new modification of DYVELOPÓmethod introduced. Here it serves for Product Life Cycle (PLC) Environmental Management of a real technology Abrasive Water Jet. Necessary phraseology, procedure, functions and variable t is discussed for PLC valuation. The problematic is solved in the frame of GACR101/0890 project.
