Original Abstract

Úkolem tohoto revizního znaleckého posudku bylo analyzovat předmětnou dopravní nehodu, stanovit místo střetu a postavení vozidel při něm, posoudit včasnost reakce řidičů, určit příčinu dopravní nehody, možnosti zabránění této nehodě a porovnat závěry znaleckých posudků.

English abstract

The task of the expert opinion of this review was to analyze the accident in question, determine the place of conflict and the status of vehicles in it, to assess the timeliness of the reaction of drivers to determine the cause of the accident, and prevention of accidents and to compare the conclusions of expert reports.
