Tato práce je revizním znaleckým posudkem. Obsahem je nález (protokol o nehodě, plánek nehody, fotodokumentace, výpovědi účastníků, přezkoumávaný znalecký posudek Ing. Winklera, atd.) a posudek (analýza nehodového děje, popis průběhu nehodového děje, možnost odvrácení nehodového děje, vyjádření ke znaleckému posudku, odpovědi na zadané otázky).

English abstract

This work is an audit expert opinion. There are a finding (an accident protocol, a map of accident, a photo documentation, an answer of accident participants, controlled expert opinions of Ing. Winker, etc.) and an opinion (an analysis of traffic accident, a description of course of traffic accident, chance of reverse of traffic crash, expressions on the expert's opinion, answers to given questions) in the content.
