Original Abstract

Úkolem tohoto revizního znaleckého posudku je provést komplexní analýzu nehodového děje a přezkoumat správnost znaleckých posudku, podaných znalci v oboru doprava, odvětví silniční a městská a zodpovědět uvedené otázky položené opatřením soudu. Na vznik a průběh předmětné nehody je možno usuzovat z fotodokumentace nehody, rozsahu a způsobu poškození vozidel, z korespondence poškození a z výpovědí účastníků dané DN.

English abstract

The task of the expert opinion of this review is to conduct a comprehensive analysis nehodového happening and the regularity of the expert report, submitted by experts in the field of transport, road and urban sectors and to answer the questions put to the court measure. The onset and course of the accident in question can be assumed from the photographic documentation of accidents, the extent and method of vehicle damage, damage from the correspondence and statements of participants in the DN.
