Original Abstract

Three techniques has been used for sensitivity improvement when analysing peptides by CE-MS. By combination of solid phase extraction, liquid junction interface and transient isotachophoresis stacking, the sensitivity of CE-MS can be improved by 4 orders of magnitute.
