Original Abstract
This study aims to introduce the theoretical and practical findings in the area of interpersonal skills as an aspect of innovation that has already been published and it further expands this field of research. It was observed whether the extroverts in the Czech conditions are more innovative than introverts, and also whether these people are able to motivate their subordinates to innovation. The survey results were compared with results obtained from the literature. Based on this, there were defined findings that may serve as a basis for the future expanding research.
