Technological Aspects of Machined Surface Accuracy

V důsledku mnoha technologických faktorů mají parametry přesnosti obrobené plochy charakter spojitých náhodných proměnných a jako s takovými je třeba s nimi pracovat. V předloženém příspěvku je provedena podrobná analýza a identifikace příslušných technologických faktorů a jejich vlivu na přesnost obrobené plochy. Podrobně jsou rozebrány postupy statistické kvantifikace parametrů přesnosti obrobené plochy pro případ normálního rozdělení vyhodnocovaných veličin.

In consequence of many technological parameters have the accuracy parameters of machined surface the character of continnous random variables and like as such it is necessary to work with them. In the contribution it is done the detailed analysis and identification of corresponding technological factors and their influance on the machined surface. In details there are analysed the procedures of statistical quantification of accuracy parameters of machined surface for the normal distribution of evaluated quantities.
